CB Insurance recently announced the expansion of its Homeowners Association (HOA) team with the hiring of Nicole Armstrong as Habitational Specialty Broker. Armstrong comes to the CB Insurance team from a large regional management firm, where she was the Director of Community Association Services for seven years.
Armstrong brings nearly 20 years of HOA experience with her to CB Insurance, having worked with HOA management services throughout the Colorado Springs area since 2001. She was the Southern Colorado Chapter President for the Community Associations Institute from 2010-2012 and graduated from UCCS with a Bachelor of Arts in communications in 2012. “As our HOA division continues to grow, Nicole is a welcomed addition to the team, bringing invaluable client-side insights to both our product offering and client service approach,” said Steve Schneider, President CB Insurance.
CB Insurance services HOAs throughout Southern Colorado and the Front Range, providing unique products, support and education to the HOAs and Boards of Directors. “I’ve enjoyed my career in community management and I am excited for the opportunity to continue to challenge myself. As a leader in the industry and having worked with CB Insurance for the past 17-years, taking this position has allowed me to move from managing property to protecting property in my community,” said Armstrong. “This is a great next step in furthering my education and experience within the community management industry.”
Armstrong holds the Professional Community Association Manger (PCAM) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations, as well as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) certification. She joins CB Insurance as it continues to expand its footprint in both the Colorado Springs and Denver markets, with office locations in Downtown Colorado Springs and the Denver Tech Center.
